Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain construction drawings, facilities layouts, and engineering drawings.
- Produce complex technical drawings including single line diagrams and layout drawings.
- Develop mid-level designs/layouts through fabrication level 3D models.
- Prepare designs and bill of material estimates from general instructions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand end user needs and deliver results.
- Manage multiple projects to ensure high quality and productivity.
- Resolve design issues creatively and coordinate with other disciplines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical distribution systems design up to 480VAC.
- Proficiency in software tools like Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360, Navisworks.
- Expert knowledge of REVIT MEP and electrical circuiting.
- Solid understanding of NFPA 70 (NEC) and 70E.
- Skilled in designing Low to Medium Voltage power distribution systems.
- Ability to obtain PE or EIT certification.
