Responsibilities
- Act as the Production Operations Point of Contact to identify and resolve issues with suppliers and Lockheed Martin sites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Process Engineering, Design Engineering, and Quality Engineering.
- Evaluate Notification of Change (NOC) documents to determine Production Line Validation (PLV) requirements.
- Lead PLV events at Lockheed Martin and supplier sites.
- Interpret technical data, such as drawings and electrical schematics.
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
- Analyze and resolve technical/process issues from basic to complex.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering/technical discipline.
- Ability to interpret drawings, electrical schematics, and technical data.
- Experience in leading teams of manufacturing engineers.
- Knowledge of design for manufacturing/assembly or design to cost.
- Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Strong interpersonal skills for team building and collaboration.
