Responsibilities
- Define and lead EEE Parts Engineering technical assignments.
- Oversee selection, qualification, testing, and failure analysis of EEE Parts.
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, and evaluate suppliers.
- Coordinate with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, and Procurement.
- Work on various electrical components like resistors, capacitors, and integrated circuits.
- Travel to collaborate with suppliers and government agencies.
- Mentor junior engineers on technical development and plans.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- 14-20 years of related professional work experience.
- Advanced knowledge of EEE parts and failure analysis.
- Willingness to obtain a DOD Secret clearance.
- Familiarity with military specifications and engineering requirements.
- Experience in leading program milestone reviews.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
