Responsibilities
- Understand and define problems related to seating engineering.
- Generate and evaluate concepts for seating systems.
- Plan product strategy and architecture.
- Manage product attributes including safety, functionality, and aesthetics.
- Validate and optimize designs through prototyping, testing, and simulations.
- Create 3D models and 2D drawings.
- Prepare technical documentation and manage schedules.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated design engineering experience with a multidisciplinary approach.
- Hands-on experience in building products.
- Proficiency in hand-sketching and other engineering languages.
- Preferred experience in automotive engineering with a focus on seating.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Evidence of exceptional ability in engineering.
