Responsibilities
- Provide engineering and technical support in manufacturing processes and conduct daily Material Review Board (MRB).
- Support equipment procurement planning, set-up, qualification, maintenance, and performance evaluation.
- Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing and inspection procedures.
- Maintain accurate information on manufacturing resources in MRP.
- Coordinate new tooling and First Article sample inspection.
- Implement continual improvement and cost reduction projects using DMAIC methodologies.
- Provide engineering support to customers and manage tool and external process vendors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
- Over 3 years of relevant manufacturing work experience.
- Preferred experience in the Aerospace and Defense industries.
- Preferred experience in the Rubber and Plastic industries.
