Responsibilities
- Create and update 2D AutoCAD layouts for production lines and equipment.
- Conduct time studies and establish time standards for production processes.
- Document spare part inventory for machinery.
- Ensure proper labeling and identification of machinery.
- Review and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
- Support 5S activities and optimize workplace organization.
- Document and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an accredited engineering program (junior or senior year).
- Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Interest in manufacturing and process improvement.
- Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles preferred.
