Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and IT departments to resolve manufacturing issues.
- Set up and operate machinery in the injection molding area and perform quality inspections.
- Plan, manage, and execute projects from start to finish.
- Evaluate manufacturing processes based on quality criteria.
- Design and install equipment and develop effective automated systems.
- Optimize production workflows and resolve issues in manufacturing.
- Train staff in new and existing processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar field.
- Previous experience as a manufacturing engineer (5+ years preferred).
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Familiarity with CAD and project management software.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to health and safety standards.
- Experience in harness fabrication (preferred).
