Responsibilities
- Evaluate technical challenges and develop resolution plans with engineering stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and supply chain/business teams.
- Complete and document design, analysis, and testing using engineering best practices.
- Work in a fast-paced design and development environment.
- Solve engineering problems outside the classroom through internships or projects.
- Demonstrate strong coordination, organization, and communication abilities.
- Support in-person work at the Englewood office for the internship duration.
Job Requirements
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or higher degree in engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in structural, fluid, and/or thermal statics and dynamics.
- Familiarity with Microsoft products and engineering software (SolidWorks, MATLAB, Python, etc.).
- Previous mechanical design and/or manufacturing experience.
- Previous engineering internship experience (aerospace preferred).
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
