Responsibilities
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with AS9100 standards through regular audits.
- Collaborate with production teams to create detailed production plans.
- Provide technical support to troubleshoot production issues.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for product quality and cost reduction.
- Maintain documentation of production processes and improvements.
- Train and mentor production staff on new processes and quality standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a production engineering role, preferably in the aerospace industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control techniques.
- Proficiency in CAD software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
