Responsibilities
- Partner with internal hardware design teams from conceptual stages to high-fidelity prototypes and mass production.
- Influence product design decisions while focusing on miniaturization, quality, and reliability.
- Lead electrical architecture definition and provide technical leadership to development teams.
- Build and improve internal tools to maximize engineering efficiency.
- Collaborate across engineering disciplines to manage trade-offs in design.
- Travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of industry experience in electrical design.
- BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Proven knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals.
- Experience with schematic and board design using tools like Cadence OrCAD or Altium.
- Proficient with high-speed digital test equipment and circuit design.
- Experience leading technical teams and cross-functional groups.
- Preferred: 12+ years of experience and advanced degrees in relevant fields.
