Responsibilities
- Assist the project manager in all aspects of project management.
- Manage total profit and loss responsibility for projects.
- Oversee and improve project team effectiveness from estimating to completion.
- Ensure adherence to project management processes and evaluate performance metrics.
- Manage project scope, budget development, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with Accounts Payables and Receivables for timely funding.
- Foster a team environment and gain buy-in from field teams.
