Responsibilities
- Develop manufacturing and integration processes for Raptor engine components and assemblies.
- Innovate and complete manufacturing processes to support high production targets.
- Collaborate with design/development engineers to enhance manufacturability and reliability of engine hardware.
- Oversee the introduction and implementation of new products and revisions.
- Maintain ownership of the production line, ensuring process consistency and quality.
- Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions for hardware issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to meet production goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in engine, fluid, or system design, development, or testing.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Project management skills with effective communication across teams.
- Experience with liquid rocket engines or spacecraft systems.
- Expertise in design for manufacturability (DFM).
- Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
