Responsibilities
- Write work instructions and troubleshoot non-conformances.
- Define and implement Work Order and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in developing manufacturing processes for automated quality SPC.
- Specify, design, and procure assembly equipment and tools.
- Plan AIT takt time and cost optimization.
- Review designs for manufacturability and approve design releases.
- Support technician teams in resolving production obstacles.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- 1+ year experience with mechanical and electronic systems.
- 1+ year experience with CAD tools like Solidworks or NX.
- Technical writing experience for work instructions and procedures.
- Experience with automated manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with QTP/ATP and functional testing.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
