Responsibilities
- Understand the importance of wind turbine blade management.
- Observe common blade issues and understand possible solutions.
- Organize blade data and information and support reporting to stakeholders.
- Develop solutions to improve WTG production, logistics costs, and technician morale.
- Standardize and automate critical information feeds.
- Collaborate with team members to design and maintain technical solutions.
- Acquire new skills and knowledge through hands-on experience and mentorship.
