Responsibilities
- Work in the acoustic team to develop Unified Communication and audio products.
- Perform acoustic simulations using FEA and other tools.
- Build/Simplify 3-D CAD models for FEA simulation software.
- Verify acoustic design through component and system-level tests.
- Optimize acoustic performance via iterative design simulations.
- Assist in R&D of innovative audio solutions.
- Collaborate with design engineers to create prototypes for validating acoustic concepts.
Job Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a college or university in mechanical engineering or related field.
- Junior or Senior level in an undergraduate program preferred.
- Must be able to commute to Rockleigh, NJ for the internship.
- Permanent, unrestricted work authorization in the U.S. required.
- Strong interest in CAD modeling, FEA, and acoustics.
- Experience with 3D CAD modeling in Creo or SolidWorks.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
