Responsibilities
- Support senior system administrators and staff in technology areas.
- Manage Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Oversee VMware Virtual infrastructure.
- Lead a project to migrate data to Santa Clara County computing and storage resources.
- Engage with senior infrastructure engineers and system administrators.
- Provide knowledge on hardware solutions, particularly Storage Area Network (SAN) and Dell PowerScale.
- Lead a team in technical projects and initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Engineering/System Administration experience with Active Directory and VMware.
- Knowledge of hardware solutions, specifically SAN, Dell PowerScale, and Dell VXRail.
- Ability to lead a team effectively.
- Engagement skills with other technical staff.
- Microsoft Certified System Administrator certification.
- Experience in a technical lead role.
- Familiarity with Azure-based VMs.
