Responsibilities
- Perform as Lead Mechanical Engineer on projects from schematic design to fully commissioned systems.
- Review calculations, drawings, and work for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage engineering budget and schedule for project activities.
- Interface with governmental permitting authorities.
- Engineer process and utility piping systems and ductwork systems.
- Develop Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) for mechanical systems.
- Coordinate with project Electrical Engineers for design facilitation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
- 5-7 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering required.
- EIT registration required; PE registration preferred.
- Experience with pumps, pressure vessels, and heat exchangers required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
- Excellent communication skills required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
