Responsibilities

  • Develop tooling, fixtures, and test equipment for production and testing.
  • Create custom Excel and/or Database programs for shop floor and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and perform calibration on existing test equipment, interacting with outside suppliers as needed.
  • Represent Manufacturing during the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, transitioning products from design to full production.
  • Participate in the Engineering Change Control process and assist in implementing engineering changes.
  • Develop Manufacturing assembly processes and create supporting work instructions.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for issues within Manufacturing and provide troubleshooting support for testing equipment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is required.
  • 3-5 years of related engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in developing tooling and test equipment.
  • Experience with calibration processes and equipment maintenance.
  • Familiarity with the NPI process and engineering change control.
