Responsibilities
- Partner with production engineering teams to support MRO operations.
- Update tooling inventory with product lines and upload documents into the database.
- Create tool drawings and equivalency documents for locally designed tooling.
- Develop and implement repairs for engine components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete initiatives on time.
- Coordinate process improvement initiatives using lean methodologies.
- Observe safety requirements and report unsafe practices.
Job Requirements
- Completed engineering courses at the Sophomore level.
- Knowledge of MS Office products including Excel, Project, and Word.
- Proficiency in CAD and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Excellent communication skills.
- US Citizenship required.
- Strong self-motivation and organizational skills.
- A desire to learn and contribute as a team member.
