Responsibilities
- Ensure maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment for safety.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and maintenance requirements.
- Communicate with internal and external personnel regarding job functions.
- Solicit bids from contractors and review proposals for compliance.
- Monitor construction projects to ensure specifications are met.
- Maintain relationships with utility companies regarding maintenance.
- Facilitate plant and equipment improvements and manage projects.
Job Requirements
- Engineering degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic expertise.
- Strong leadership and mechanical/electrical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and related documents.
