Electrical Engineer

The Electrical Engineer is responsible for overseeing electrical reliability maintenance systems and programs to enhance facility reliability, ensuring safe operations and continuous quality improvement. The role involves leading projects and repairs to meet KPIs and P&L commitments while collaborating with various teams for consistent product delivery.

• Ensure compliance with safety policies and maintain an incident-free work environment.
• Evaluate projects for safety hazards prior to installation.
• Oversee project and reliability maintenance activities, focusing on safety, compliance, and quality.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned with KPI and P&L goals.
• Manage team dynamics to support teamwork and development.
• Contribute to budget forecasts and monitor expenditures.
• Enhance environmental stewardship and operational machinery knowledge.

• B.S. degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance leadership and engineering.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power and control reliability principles.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet challenging deadlines.
• Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a self-starter attitude.
