Responsibilities
- Design HVAC and MEP systems using Revit.
- Perform site surveys and create punch lists in the field.
- Conduct heating and cooling load calculations.
- Execute piping system calculations.
- Specify air and water pressure drop calculations.
- Determine cold and hot water supply requirements.
- Design plumbing and/or fire protection systems (optional).
Job Requirements
- BS in Mechanical Engineering required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC systems design.
- EIT preferred.
- Experience with plumbing and fire protection design is a plus.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, AutoDesk, and Revit.
- Familiarity with Navisworks is a plus.
- Experience with site surveys and punch lists is a plus.
