This position provides technical assistance and support for the company's IT operations and systems across multiple locations, focusing on end-user support and system troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational and end-user support for IT systems, including Windows AD, Azure, and AWS.
  • Manage server deployment, monitoring, and audio-visual systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
  • Log and manage support tickets in the Service Management system.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate IT standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to improve processes and resolve issues.
  • Maintain system documentation and perform log reviews.

Job Requirements

  • Strong background in O365 applications and services.
  • Proven experience in end-user support and training.
  • Solid experience in IT systems and network administration.
  • Proficient in computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
