Responsibilities
- Design fixtures, jigs, and tools to enhance manufacturing line efficiency.
- Implement changes to product design in collaboration with the NPI team.
- Identify and drive continuous improvements to streamline the manufacturing flow.
- Master the manufacturing line processes and resolve issues with technicians and suppliers.
- Validate and integrate automated manufacturing tools into production.
- Document and maintain IQC, assembly, and OQC processes for quality assurance.
- Introduce new products to the line in collaboration with R&D and PD engineers.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a mechanical, manufacturing, process, or physics engineer.
- Proficiency in CAD software, specifically Solidworks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency improvement mindset.
- Experience with complex optomechanical assemblies.
- Familiarity with NPI practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills in a manufacturing context.
