Responsibilities
- Design and implement reliable control code for bipedal locomotion and object manipulation.
- Improve robot behavior in real-world situations.
- Reflect capabilities in a simulation engine for fast iteration.
- Program in C or C++.
- Develop, model, and implement closed-loop control systems in an embedded environment.
- Analyze linear systems and design controllers.
- Ensure high-quality code delivery in an embedded environment.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing an advanced degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, Automotive, Robotics Engineering, or related field with a graduation date in 2025.
- Experience with state estimation using IMU, encoders, and force sensors.
- Familiarity with bipedal robots or multi-DOF robotic hardware.
- Experience in shipping control algorithms on real products at scale.
- Solid background in linear systems analysis and stability.
- Capability of working 40 hours per week on-site.
- Familiarity with control of non-linear systems.
