Responsibilities
- Create forming and cutting tool paths using internal CAM tools.
- Develop and release manufacturing procedures for production teams.
- Oversee and take ownership of Robocraftsman cells.
- Drive continuous improvement and reduce waste through lean manufacturing principles.
- Collaborate with the Product Team to identify cell limitations and recommend improvements.
- Test and validate hardware and software upgrades for production integration.
- Provide technical support and training to manufacturing staff on new processes and tools.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 2 years of manufacturing experience in production-heavy environments.
- Hands-on experience in designing and improving manufacturing processes.
- Strong ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including software engineers.
- Proficiency with CAD, CAM software, and CNC programming.
- Familiarity with Material Resource Planning (MRP) software.
