Responsibilities
- Develop new products from feasibility to commercialization.
- Create and maintain documentation for Design History Files and Medical Device Files.
- Perform hazard and risk analysis for new products.
- Collaborate with marketing and engineering to create prototype models.
- Develop and review detailed engineering drawings.
- Conduct brainstorming and root cause analysis sessions.
- Provide technical review for regulatory submissions.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of engineering experience in the medical device industry.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in new product development within the medical device industry.
- Strong technical writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and knowledge of drafting standards.
- Familiarity with Design Control and Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Ability to manage multiple development projects simultaneously.
