Responsibilities
- Manage the Quality System in accordance with ISO9001:2015 accreditation.
- Lead internal quality audit activities.
- Monitor and analyze Quality System performance using Key Process Indicators.
- Ensure documentation compliance with company policies and processes.
- Develop methodologies for product and process improvements.
- Coordinate corrective and preventive actions for non-conforming products.
- Promote Continuous Improvement methodologies across the organization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or optical engineering or physical sciences.
- 3+ years of Quality Engineering experience in high volume manufacturing.
- Experience in yield analysis and improvement.
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma.
- Familiarity with optics, image acquisition, and processing.
- Hands-on experience with test equipment and data acquisition.
- Competence with quality tools such as FMEA and SPC.
