Responsibilities
- Design and verify custom electronics systems.
- Oversee the transition of designs to production.
- Work on actuator/robotics stage designs and end effectors for robots.
- Develop image-capture pipelines and telemetry systems.
- Create networking architectures and patient sensors/tools.
- Collaborate with the Electrical Engineering Team in the Surgery and Robotics Engineering Department.
- Execute impactful projects with substantial autonomy.
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a degree or early career in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Demonstrated circuit board design experience.
- Ability to explain real-world performance of designs.
- Experience with microcontrollers, FPGAs, or SoMs.
- Preferred expertise in robotics, including sensors and actuators.
- Basic scripting skills on Linux machines.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant projects or designs.
