Engineering Management Acceleration Program (EMAP)

The role is part of Siemens Energy's Engineering Management Acceleration Program, a 3-year rotational development program for recent engineering graduates. Participants will rotate through various job functions within the Compression Division, gaining exposure to engineering concepts and business operations.

• Complete three one-year rotations in different job functions.
• Use fundamental engineering concepts to complete assigned projects.
• Engage in roles such as Application Engineering, Project Engineering, and Product Design.
• Establish a professional network and gain product knowledge.
• Learn about the complexities of the industrial energy sector.
• Travel and relocate as required during the program.
• Participate in personal and professional development opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Aerospace engineering, or related field by June 2025.
• Strong academic achievement and a growth mindset.
