Responsibilities
- Design new hardware and modify existing PCBAs for reliability and manufacturability.
- Take ownership of avionics hardware throughout the product life cycle.
- Drive improvements in electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Conduct root cause investigations to address unit behavior issues.
- Provide engineering justification for resolving production issues.
- Design test setups and perform hardware validation testing.
- Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team to solve problems creatively.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering.
- 1+ years of experience in electronics hardware design.
- 1+ years of experience with electrical test equipment.
- Familiarity with circuit design and PCB layout software.
- Knowledge of digital communications interfaces and common circuit blocks.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage projects autonomously.
