Responsibilities
- Support field failure investigations through the CAPA process.
- Assist the Quality, Reliability, and Failure analysis team.
- Conduct statistical analysis of field performance data and KPIs.
- Perform hardware root cause analysis in the lab.
- Collaborate with development teams to drive lessons learned into new product designs.
- Analyze field failures to identify product risks.
- Prioritize opportunities for product improvement and drive corrective and preventative actions.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an engineering discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging experience with hardware and software.
- Experience in testing electronics or electro-mechanical products in a lab.
- Proficiency in Minitab, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
- At least one semester/term/quarter left to complete after the co-op.
- Eligible for a full-time (40h/week) 6-month co-op from January to June 2025.
- Graduation in December 2025 or later.
