Manufacturing Engineer

The role is for a Manufacturing Engineer at Rolls-Royce in Cypress, CA, focusing on Ceramic Matrix Composites (CMC) to develop, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes.

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes
• Maintain Production Technical Packages
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental Standards
• Promote a culture of zero defects
• Collaborate with interfacing teams
• Self-development to meet required competencies

• Associate degree in Engineering with 4+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years, or relevant experience
• U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident
• Experience with Composites or Aerospace Components preferred
• Knowledge of logic-based control systems and data analysis
• Experience with tooling/fixture design and prototyping
• Knowledge of Vacuum Chamber or Furnace operating principles
• Knowledge of piping and instrumentation diagram creation
