Responsibilities
- Serve as the departmental industrial safety expert and coordinator.
- Manage the Energized Electrical Work (EEW) program and provide electrical safety training.
- Establish and improve safety processes for electrical power distribution in semiconductor fabrication.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage incident responses and audits.
- Provide training on NFPA 70E and National Electrical Code (NFPA70).
- Initiate and manage departmental safety communications and meetings.
- Analyze safety survey results and drive performance improvements.
Job Requirements
- Engineering degree or 10+ years of relevant electrical safety experience.
- Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems and safety standards (NFPA 70E, OSHA).
- Proficient in data tracking and analysis using Excel.
- Ability to provide effective training to various personnel.
- Experience with risk assessments and prevention-through-design principles.
- Independent functioning with minimal oversight.
- Program management experience in industrial/commercial electrical safety.
