Manufacturing Engineer

The role is for a Manufacturing Engineer at Quench's Grapevine, TX location, focusing on creating, optimizing, and managing processes for refurbishing filtered water systems.

• Design, develop, and implement efficient manufacturing processes.
• Lead initiatives to implement Lean manufacturing techniques.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize existing processes.
• Develop and maintain detailed work instructions and SOPs.
• Train and mentor production staff.
• Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.
• 0-2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Familiarity with HVAC/R concepts a plus.
• Reliable, energetic, and problem solver.
• Ability to learn rapidly and work in a team.
• Excellent computer skills and strong command of company policies.
