Staff Electrical Engineer

Lightship is seeking a Staff Electrical Engineer to contribute to the development of a complex power system for their all-electric recreational vehicles.

• Create board requirements and design control circuitry
• Analyze and select electrical components
• Design PCBs and validate completed PCBAs
• Collaborate with software team and optimize system design
• Lead circuit design reviews and provide technical mentorship

• BS, MS, or above in Electrical Engineering
• 10+ years experience in electrical design engineering
• Proficiency in electrical schematics, microprocessors, and communication hardware interfaces
• Experience with circuit simulation, schematic capture, and PCB layout tools
• Understanding of EMI/EMC and automotive standards for PCBAs
