Manufacturing Engineer

The role is for a Manufacturing Engineer responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and implementing advanced CNC machining techniques.

• Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes.
• Provide engineering support to manufacturing operations.
• Program, set up, and operate CNC machinery.
• Implement quality control measures.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions.
• Document manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Provide training and mentorship to production staff.

• 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineer role.
• Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with CNC programming, machining processes, and GD&T.
• Ability to resolve technical issues and minimize downtime.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
