Research Scientist Intern, Flexible and Stretchable Electronics (PhD)

The role is for a Research Scientist Intern focusing on developing flexible and stretchable electronics for wearable devices at Reality Labs in Redmond, WA.

• Develop new flexible and stretchable electronics for wearable devices.
• Conduct background literature reviews and design experiments in a lab environment.
• Communicate and document experimental plans and results effectively.
• Collaborate with the Reality Labs Research team and provide creative leadership on material technologies.

• Currently pursuing or obtained a PhD in relevant technical fields.
• 3+ years hands-on lab experience in related fields.
• Must have work authorization in the country of employment.
• Experience in soft material characterization techniques and working in a team environment.
• Intent to return to a degree-program after the internship.
• Availability for a minimum 16 consecutive week internship.
