Electrical Engineer, Inverter

The role involves designing power electronics for Tesla's cars, focusing on the drive inverter team to ensure efficient and reliable movement of the vehicles.

• Own new inverter PCBA designs from specifications to validation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for high volume manufacturing
• Design and execute high voltage and high current validation
• Debug complex component interactions at the vehicle level

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• Experience in digital and analog circuit design, high voltage circuits, and PCB design
• Familiarity with embedded firmware, lab equipment, and power semiconductors
• Knowledge of automotive networking, control theory, and automation of lab equipment
