Manufacturing Engineer

The role involves supporting business growth initiatives by designing and drafting production tools, fixtures, and equipment, as well as collaborating with the EHS team to enhance safety and manufacturing processes.

• Design and draft production tools, fixtures, and equipment.
• Identify and improve processes or equipment to enhance safety.
• Define and control production processes, tooling, and equipment.
• Specify and procure new equipment and tooling.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and related projects.
• Identify processes for automation and productivity improvement.
• Collaborate with production for process optimization.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2+ years of engineering experience, preferably in tooling & fixture design.
• Proficiency in design software such as ProE, AutoCad, SolidWorks.
• Experience in tooling and fixture design, production line layout, and project management.
• Proficiency in MS Office software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and relationship-building abilities.
