Mechanical Engineer Manager

The role is for a Hardware/Mechanical Manager in the deposition Hardware Product Development Group within the Global Products Group at Lam Research.

• Lead a team of 5-6 Mechanical engineers on various projects for current and next-generation applications.
• Manage priorities through Engineering Priority Lists and support the functioning of lab tools.
• Train, mentor, and develop the team to improve technical capabilities and communication skills.
• Create development plans for employees and establish best practices for innovating solutions, testing, and data analysis.
• Remain as the Technical Owner for some projects.

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, materials science, or equivalent experience.
• Years of experience in wafer process equipment and hardware development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to drive decision-making and persuade management.
• Strong initiative, ownership, and project management skills.
• Ability to deliver business results in a changing environment.
