Packaging Engineer

The Packaging Engineer in Bothell, WA will manage packaging execution projects, develop packaging concepts, oversee design processes, create specifications, coordinate quality testing, and work with suppliers to meet project requirements.

• Develop structural packaging concepts based on inputs.
• Ensure packaging designs meet quality and cost requirements.
• Oversee packaging design process to meet Philips' requirements.
• Create specifications for various packaging designs.
• Coordinate packaging quality testing per international standards.
• Work with external suppliers to develop packaging structures.
• Provide inputs for maintaining packaging sustainability and compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 3 or more years experience in Design and/or manufacturing of various packaging structures.
• Working knowledge of specific software tools.
• Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental job requirements capability.
• Ability to work in-person at least 3 days per week.
