Responsibilities
- Create and implement manufacturing operations processes for high-volume metal 3D printing
- Ensure processes meet production goals, customer requirements, and delivery schedules
- Refine post-print processes and accelerate part delivery
- Build, integrate, and service printing systems and factory architecture
- Collaborate with various engineering teams to improve R&D operations
- Develop production strategies with business development and executive teams
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing/engineering development operations
- Experience in a dynamic hardware development environment
- Nice to have: experience scaling R&D operations, hands-on hardware engineering role, metal additive manufacturing experience, MRP/ERP implementation, Excel skills, OSHA and EHS regulation experience
