The Manufacturing Engineer will support volume production, new product introductions, design and validation of new product SKU's, and continuous improvements for assembly processes.
Responsibilities
- Implement design and process improvements
- Author test methods and protocols
- Develop processing capabilities and author processing instructions
- Prototype fixtures using various tools
- Manage vendors for components
- Generate detailed drawings and documents
- Design, troubleshoot, and implement equipment
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in the medical device industry
- Degree in ME/BE/EE
- Proficiency in Onshape or SolidWorks
- Knowledge of process validation, GMP, and manufacturing processes
- Ability to coach and train production personnel
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Full professional proficiency in English
