2025 Summer Intern: Systems Engineer I

This is a summer internship program at Spectrum, aimed at rising seniors pursuing a bachelor's degree in relevant fields. The internship is a full-time commitment from May 28, 2025, to August 1, 2025, providing hands-on experience in the telecommunications industry.

• Focus on improving customer wireless service experience and network performance.
• Triage network impacts and resolve service incidents.
• Contribute to the development of processes and procedures that enhance service performance.
• Participate in professional development sessions and networking activities.
• Engage in team-focused projects within the respective department.
• Collaborate with peers and mentors to accomplish real goals.
• Present findings and projects at the conclusion of the internship.

• Enrollment in an accredited college or university with an expected graduation between December 2025 - May 2026.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or greater.
• Ability to travel locally for development events.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
• Knowledge of wireless technology (WiFi, LTE, 5G) and IP routing protocols preferred.
• Proficiency in programming languages and software tools (e.g., Python, Microsoft Excel).
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
