Manufacturing Engineer - DFM

Hadrian is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer - Factory Development to enhance manufacturing capabilities for aerospace companies through project management and innovative problem-solving.

• Conduct design for manufacturability reviews
• Maintain project execution compliance
• Communicate design considerations to clients
• Utilize modern software and manufacturing tools
• Assist in delivering aerospace and defense hardware

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Experience with CAD and CAM packages
• Familiarity with GD&T, metrology, and mechanical properties of materials
• Ability to manage project delivery and schedule requirements
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies preferred
• Proficiency in communication with technical stakeholders
