Manufacturing Engineer (Falcon Components)

SpaceX is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer specializing in Falcon components to contribute to the development of advanced launch vehicle technologies.

• Own production, assembly, and testing of propulsion, environmental, and thermal control system components
• Create work instructions, design fixtures, and tooling for high-rate production
• Design, manufacture, and maintain automated high-pressure test equipment
• Lead changes to production processes and hardware
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability of parts
• Analyze manufacturing discrepancies and support component-level testing

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or physics
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, building, testing, or troubleshooting hardware
• Experience with production processes, factory optimization, and instrumentation
• Knowledge of fluid systems and solid mechanics principles
• Ability to pass Air Force background checks and travel as needed
