Responsibilities
- Support the full life cycle of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems from concept to productization.
- Design components using various materials including metals, ceramics, and plastics.
- Ensure documentation aligns with SEMI, Lam standards, and industry best practices.
- Conduct detailed analyses such as structural, thermal, and fluid dynamics.
- Develop feasibility studies and test plans to validate design performance.
- Prepare high-quality reports and technical presentations for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure manufacturability and quality.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 3+ years.
- Excellent oral and written communication and technical presentation skills.
- Proficient in 3D CAD tools like CREO, Siemens NX, and SolidWorks.
- Hands-on experimental and design background with solid engineering skills.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
- Project management experience is preferred.
