OEwaves, Inc. transforms novel microwave photonic technologies from concept to small size, weight, and power consumption ( low SWaP) solutions and products for the marketplace. These innovations enable new capabilities for applications in communications, sensors, quantum technologies, metrology and test and measurement systems. The company’s core technologies include the opto-electronic oscillator (OEO) and whispering gallery mode (WGM) optical resonators. They form the basis for miniature ultra-low phase noise fixed, and ultra-wideband tunable, oscillators and lasers, frequency converters and filters. Other OEwaves solutions include small receivers for radar and communications in support of unmanned platforms. OEwaves has developed unique photonic low phase and frequency noise measurement systems for high performance microwave oscillators and narrow linewidth lasers.
